1. Eligibility:

• This competition is open to residents aged 18 years and older.
• Employees of The Energy Experts, as well as their immediate family members, friends, or household members, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must fill out the form on The Energy Experts website.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Prize:

• One winner will receive an 8-panel solar PV system, including installation and scaffolding; price may vary. This does not include battery storage.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

4. Competition Period:

• The competition opens on 01/11/24 and closes at 11:59 pm on 1st December 2024.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Selection of Winner:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via Email and Telephone Call within 7 days of the competition closing.
• The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If there is no response, a new winner will be selected.

6. Data Protection:

• By entering, participants agree to provide personal information that may be used for communication regarding this competition and for the purposes of administering the prize.

7. Publicity:

• The winner agrees to have their name and image used in The Energy Experts’ promotional materials, including on social media and in future advertisements, without additional compensation.

8. General:

• The Energy Experts reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
• By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
