As we’ve grown, we’ve kept that community focus at the heart of what we do. Our showroom in Gateshead isn’t just for sales it’s a walk-in space where anyone can get advice, see the tech in action, or speak to someone face-to-face.
We’re also proud to hold the PAS2030 accreditation, which means we’re approved to deliver energy efficiency upgrades to households that need it most. That includes insulation, heating systems, and access to relevant funding support.

All our staff are trained to spot concerns, follow proper procedures, and treat every customer with respect. If a situation doesn’t feel right, we pause.
